Hey everyone, what's the difference between VCDP, PDP and ADP? How long do we stay in each, what are the transition period, and when do people usually place you in each one of them?
Vcdp- it is like you have been released from your current project but if needed you will contacted by someone from your business unit for another project if there is one for you. Even you can contact some seniors in your BU for that. This period can go 30days max.
PDP and ADP are like - this means your are now released from your BU and “you better get some project or things might start getting worse” This period can be of 30 to 45 days.
Before ADP or PDP there is some period of some days where you are in neither of this group. For me it was like for 15 days.
Ok, so after vcdp do we go to pdp Or adp? What is flow ?
