Trending @Cognizant; VCDP bench period..HELP!!

I was recently released in Virtual Corporate Deployment Pool (VCDP) on 1st Jan 2025 as previous project ended. I am a PA with 2 yoe (joined CTS as a fresher in Dec 2023). My TMP portal shows: Policy - 'ADP policy exempted' and SL exclusive. Ageing - 0 days.

Q. How many days do I get before my aging starts? Q. Can I take leave in this period?

No leave in this period, apart from Sick leave which you have to tell to the tsc team.

And maintain 9+ hours in the office for 5 days/week. Also a great time to upskill then if there is no bench.

However, i genuinely feel that after a grace period, an ADP policy of 35 days will be applied to us as well.🙏😅

What does this mean? Will Ageing never start for me? Even if I don't get a project in a month/2month or more?

There must be some kind of upper limit even for a PA without a project, wouldn't there?

Same showing for me as well, as ADP is Exempted u need not to worry.
