Utilization is calculated on the basis of the proj you are tagged in to. Let’s say 3 PA’s were required for a particular proj , but 5 are tagged then automatically the Utilisation will be decreased for all 5 PA’s

Its how long you are in a billable role you need to move to a billable project for increasing utilization.

Try to get a project where you'll be billable

I think it's based on how many days a seat is booked for you and how many days you're visiting the office utilising the booked seat.
