Trending @Cognizant; Urgent information needed on Clearance formalities

Hi everyone,

I’m currently in my exit process and noticed there are multiple clearance forms and around 4 admin approvals showing up. Since I have only about 15 days left, I wanted to check with the group:

What all clearances are mandatory?

Which requests need to be raised (Admin approval, Corporate security, IT Approver, Project Team approver)

Is there a specific sequence or checklist to follow?

I just participated in exist form survey till date. It would be really helpful if someone who has recently completed the process could guide me on the exact steps to avoid any delays.
