connected with my PM and he said it's not in their hand to release the PA. I asked with HR executive as well.

I first resigned and tried for opportunities...now I got one.

My colleagues say, ' don't risk without having any offer '.

But I feel, staying cognizant with a 90 day notice period is more risky than leaving without offer.

If you have knowledge, skill and a good resume then you will get an offer within 1 month.

So I suggest taking a risk if you are good with your domain handson exp.
