Trending @Cognizant; Urgent advice

Hi everyone , one of my teammate has resigned and now manager wants me to take on all his work and wants me to be the POC of his works .but Im also planning resign probably till the end of the month but it's not confirm yet.and the work is associate level and I'm only PA now and there is no confirmation of promotion as well. What should I do now ?
