Trending @Cognizant; Update on PA to A Promotion Nominations

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to share an update regarding the PA to A promotion nominations. As of now, the nominations haven’t started yet. HR mentioned they’re waiting for confirmation from the Central team, and once they receive it, they’ll send emails to our managers regarding the nominations.

For now, what we can do is follow up with our managers regularly to check if they’ve received any updates or follow-up communication from the HR team.
