Is the tenure for being promoted from PA to A is 24 month or 30 month? I am a little bit confused

My project allows me work from home. Is there will be any issue due to RTO in my promotion?

And also regarding this criteria Return to Office metric - an average of 2.5 days in office in the last 3 months. Which 3 months will they gonna Consider? Oct - Dec or Dec - Feb

Are they mentioned any about Merti Increase will Double time what usually given or same while associate promotion.

This is not fare if only increasing tenure ?

I believe I'm eligible for a PA to A promotion, as my rating is good this year. However, my manager says, "If your name comes up, you'll get it. I won’t delay it."

But I read that managers need to nominate employees in the portal. Which process is actually followed? Based on your input, I'll check with my manager.
