Trending @Cognizant; Underpaid for my work and YOE. Frustrated....
Totally I have 8 years of experience in cognizant as associate. But my CTC is 7 lpa. Feeling like what m I doing here? Following 3 days of wfo with maximum 8 hrs of trutime. Follows all the work and learning courses extra which is assigned by hcm. Even though m not getting any proper update regarding my promotion for A to SA. Did anyone knows the salary slab for each designation? Frustrated. Being a working women and mother it is very tough to run the family.... Leaving native and working in hybrid with rent, day to day expenses, provisions etc... It is difficult to save the salary for future.
Ma'am 7lpa is not at all good at your yoe. Why don't you try giving interviews for similar organisations like Accenture, Infosys , Capgemini etc. They have a similar kind of work culture, work model and you'll find offices in multiple locations. You can grab a good hike on switching. At your yoe ,minimum you should get around 18-20 lpa
