Trending @Cognizant; Unable to meet project deliverables.... So now what?

Hi all

As the title says, I am unable to work, mostly due to skill gap and anxiety. I want to tell my manager to release me and look for someone better who can do the job. I am on the verge of killing myself with stress.

I don't want to impact business or my mental health, but I dont know how will I reinvent my career from that low. Also, all my managers are trusting, and the undying faith they have in me is keeping me from coming out as incompetent (which is wrong, they should know this)
