How are people in Pune Travelling ???

Recently moved to Pune and finding it extremely difficult to travel to office. I have my own house in Katraj and closes cognizant office is at Kharadi which is approx 20kms, cognizant is not providing any transport, pmpl frequency doesn't seem very good.
