Hello Everyone,
I am looking to transition from QAE to Consulting/BA/Product Owner role. I have good experience in BFSI domain US Mortgage finance industry. I recently joined CTS as part of workforce transition from a company who is also my client now. I have put in my exit but I am considering withdrawal if I get a way to transition to said roles and practices. Can someone help me how do I make this transition. Thanks.
Your BFSI expertise is a strong asset. Consider certifications like CSM or CSPO, and network internally at CTS for opportunities.
Thank you! Yes I am considering taking up CSPO. Regarding networking internally, is there any forum or application for employees where they can connect or is there any place where career path can be defined. I'm sorry I am still new here so not much aware of how do I proceed with this. I am thinking of talking to my manager and maybe HR, only issue is my Manager will be willing to help but not her Manager who is taking decisions about what we all do! Nevertheless will keep posted here. Thanks!
