Hi all I am a B.com graduate and currently working in Us health care voice process. I completed a master course in Python and full stack web development studying in weekends Now i would like to work in IT project Should i Ask for a Project release (bench) in Cognizant and join an IT project or Try in another IT firms

Try to give interviews in other companies, because going on bench and getting will not be easy, when already experienced folks are sitting on bench. What does you job title say?
