Trending @Cognizant; Too much work pressure in project!! People who do not work for more than 11 hours are shamed!

Who works 11 hours . I believe 4-5 hours is enough. Some manager's cannot handle pressure and push everything to juniors and that's bad habit. Only primary thing is getting the work done

11 hours are even less. I worked around 14 hours and even worked on weekends when they needed me. Once their work is over they treat us like fly in the milk.

Hopefully it's a client project?

Hahaha, i empathize with your state of work. Even we've worked for over 15-16 hours per day. Logged in at 10 am IST, logged out at 2 AM IST next day😂 It was one hell of an experience working in my previous project.
