Trending @Cognizant; Today I read a news that CTS given warnings to employees to join office or they will fire. Is that true?
Not sure, I or my team mates have not received any mails or warnings.. I guess itās depends on the project to project..
No, it doesn't. It is coming from Hr India. Anyone who isn't coming they are sending warning letters. It's actually beyond project.
@AdrianMonk So far we didnāt get any such mails.. Will see if we getā¦!! Before 2months few of my team members were asked to come for office and after a month, weāve been notified from our EDL to work from home until further noticeā¦
Can we go to any of our nearest office or it is mandatory to report at base office?
Yes. It is true. The effective date was starting of the project allocation, ie backdated. And it asked me to WFO 4+ days a week!
Also, it wasnāt specified how many hours one needs to log into office.
And it was threateningā¦ āā¦Failure to adhere to the assigned work model will have consequences as per our policies.ā

Basically there are some mandatory days in which you have to come, if you are not following that, then maybe you will be receiving that HR mail..
Coz me & team didn't receive any mail from anyone regarding this.
I was being told that mandate is of 3 days. But 2 days are also fine.
