Trending @Cognizant; To be promoted to Associate, is it required to have a minimum rating of 3 for each of the last three years?

I joined as a PAT in Cognizant ,received a rating of 3 in my first year, followed by a 2 in my second year. For the most recent cycle (2025), I achieved a rating of 5. By this March, I will have completed 36 months at Cognizant. Am I eligible for a promotion to Associate effective this April?
