Authenticator app is not working and I am not able to login MSF and 1C account. My manager raised a ticket but no responce from their end.How can I resolve this, My time sheet filling is still pending.

you can reach out to the cognizant security number and they will help you to again setup authenticator

from where we can get that number ?. I got a number from my manager last day and I connected with that number. They said they will create a ticket for this issue, no further responce.
