Trending @Cognizant; TIME 100 Recognition vs. Ground Reality
It’s indeed a proud moment to see our leader, Ravi Chacha featured in the TIME 100 list. Such global recognition undoubtedly shines a spotlight on Cognizant as a brand and strengthens the company’s external image.
But while accolades are celebrated at the top, the voices at the ground level remain unheard. Employees continue to struggle with:
- Stagnant compensation and delayed increments
- Rising medical expenses with limited health support
- Lack of focus on overall employee well-being
Recognition outside is meaningful only when it reflects genuine care within. The real measure of leadership is not just in global lists, but in how employees feel valued, supported, and rewarded for their contributions.
True success lies in ensuring every associate’s health, compensation, and growth are prioritized alongside organizational branding.
Until then, such recognition feels less like a celebration for employees and more like dollars in pockets at the top.

No promotions, no credit, toxic managers, toxic workplace

I completely agree 👍
Need more improvement in employee well being

Totally agree with this 🙌 There's no value and recognition if the people at ground level are facing challenges everyday and the leader at top is so called grand 'FAME' !
