I just checked with My Engagment Delivery Lead /AD he said its true...
Not started yet... Seems like this time they will call of giving promotions and will give it in March 2025. 🙃
I think they are aware that promotion is not going to happen and they keep on saying that it's not started so that we will wait.
I just got update from AD... Promotions postponed to January 2025.
I think its not jan but march 2025 in Q1 end.
There is this senior in my cubicle olin our team only . I talked to him he said before covid people use to get promoted from PA to A after 2 years but alduring covid they promoted in 1 year only so they going back to 2 years or after 1.5 years I too am frustrated. Just as I will get promotion I am going to fuxking leave this company.
Everyone is thinking the same , get the promotion so that we have some edge in the market and leave this shit.
Today My hm said that our company is not performing well. They have planned to stop giving promotion, but for our PA to A they have implemented quote based promotion. For A to SA and SA to M they have completely stopped promoting for a while.
If they have planned quota based promotion then atleast they should provide some information. December is coming to an end and there is no criteria news and nothing.
