10 hours on paper. But our whole team works for around 11 hrs daily.

Tru Time is a nonsense and should be shutdown. I have worked with 3 organizations and nowhere is this nonsense thing of noting people punch in/out times.

Very pathetic. Where CEO is one of the highest paid CEO's. Who is approving non employee centric policies.

For some places people who need to go far places can attend only 9 hours i think

10 hrs of work is to crush the employees more. I think the state government approved the 10 hrs work to the companies as per the corporate request.
