As I got promoted as associate in October 2024 but now I got my rating for year 2024 and it's 3 so will it get impacted on my next promotion?

for next promotion you have lots of time.

as we have completed 30 months after 31st Dec 2024, we should be eligible for next Q. please be ready with below eligibility criteria so that they dont have chance to exclude us. if any of the criteria is not met then the promotion is not eligible as mentioned by my HR.

Same rating same experience……not sure we will get promotion or not….🙁

for Q4 we are not eligible if we got 3 rating in 2023 YEA. for Q1 we are definitely eligible if 2024 YEA rating is >= 4. 3 rating is also be considered but with least priority.
