We Joined back in the fall of 2022. And we just got promoted after 3 years. In the same time, my peers at other companies got promoted twice and some even thrice. I feel stupid sticking with cts for this long. I don’t even know what to call this.

Not only in CTS, if you are in any other company and if you are not happy for anything you have to switch asap, Tons of companies waiting for new joiners if they have good skills and knowledge
At least you got promoted once. We didn't even get promoted because they are keeping us in non billable role since 2 years. I am only staying because of WFH. And nobody is bothered about it, nobody will listen to our concerns.
Is non billable role means bench?
Same here not only promotion they are giving less rating inspite of doing extra work. What's the point of working when management doesn't value it I have been trying to switch from last 6 months but because of 90 days np its quite difficult to even get a call

You have your eyes opened now..what are you waiting for ... Looking for a better opportunity in the market..if you have skillset, mark my word, you will be 100-200% hike...I have made this mistake of going into the comfort zone during my initial career phase. Take it positively
