Notice period checklist for IT professionals

  1. Experience letter
  2. Relieving letter
  3. Last six months pay slips
  4. Offer letter
  5. Any appraisal letter (if applicable)
  6. Form 16
  7. Health Insurance policy
  8. No due clearance
  9. Copy of Resignation letter
  10. References contact numbers

Don't forget to carry these docs when you exit the company.
