You need to convince the client explaining that if you’re visiting office you will be losing several hours in the commute which will make you unavailable during your shift hours and will ultimately affect the project deliverables. Once you have the client buy in you can ask your client manager to communicate the same to your Cognizant Client Engagement team to raise an exception.
