Which happened on Feb is Q1 means then why they paid out arrears to the guys who got promoted?
And immediately another quarter also completed so that means Q1 is completed

On April month Q1 guys promoted
Now we need to wait fornQ2 which will happen in June and reflected from July...
Jan to march is Q1 April to June is Q2 July to September Q3 Earlier, they told that around jan or feb Q4 will open which didn’t open last year. But, now they are saying that the promotion happened in feb was for Q1. Also,when i asked Hr about Q2, they told its already closed now. The promotion happened in April was for Q2 . Q3 will open now in mid July.
I have a screenshot SD told that the pronotions happened in April is Q1 and their RTO be calculated from Jan 06th to March 11th.. I uploaded in Telegram also...Q2 is not yet opened...check with SD once... Some Hr's are lying with us...some Hrs dont even like to reply....check telegram group for screenshot or check with SD
