I received a termination letter today and in that they stated they are giving 7 days to voluntarily resign. Can someone tell me if I will get the compensation if I resign or if I don't resign, will I still get the compensation. I have been in bench for 40days

You can resign and you will get 3 months notice pay. If they have informed that they will give more than 3 months pay then you will get it.

Do we receive the pay on the resignation day or the settlement takes time ?

They haven't mentioned about compensation It just states "full and final settlement dues if any including notice pay will be settled and credited to your bank account, unless otherwise you request for" Does it mean they will compensate?
