I have 5+ years of experience including my previous company and current company (Cognizant).

However, when I started my career, I joined a company and absconded after one month. That company's name shows up in my EPFO service history for one month.

My question is: I am giving an interview for TCS. Will that one-month cause any issues during the BGV process after selection?

That one-month absconding will definitely cause issues during the BGV process at TCS. Companies like TCS are very strict about background checks. Better be honest about it or it might cost you the job.
