Trending @Cognizant; Switching suggestions after 6 months of FTE (And 5 months of CSD training)
Can I switch the job after just 6 months of full time exp. In cognizant. I don't like the project and company and some other personal reasons.
Give me some job switching suggestions. Total experience if I add the internship/CSD trainee is about 1 year. Can I add work exp. as 1 year in the resume?
Yes you can add this experience in the resume of your respective interested technology and start applying for fresher jobs. You will be prioritised for the fresher jobs as you will have 1 year of experience in the resume. You can find opportunities in startups easily.
What platforms can I use for applying? Naukri and linkedin only or are there some other tips for getting jobs in startups? Currently I have 4 LPA package. Can I expect a package of 8-9 LPA on my switch with the above mentioned Experience.. I have been trained in java angular Full-Stack and have decent knowledge in the skills used in it
Surely, If you have that type of knowledge you can crack more but the thing is the projects are not good anywhere, obviously we have most of the professionals who say start-ups are best but again it depends on the kind you join. And this is just your first job You have more things to learn to adjust somewhere new is never easy and definitely you won't like what you're doing. Better give some time to things let it settle but if you're not learning even after 1-2 years make a switch.
