Hey guys,

So I have gotten an opportunity for a project switch, but I believe my current project won’t let me go.

There is some other guy my home manager asked me to contact everytime I had some promotion related queries or location related issues in past, his title is delivery engagement lead.

Everytime I talk to him he is like giving weird responses like for example:

• When I was onboarded on this project he said that only condition you can work on this project is if you work for 24 months minimum, and I was like wtf

• Also he asked me to report to office and basically told me that if you don’t HR will contact you, now it has been more than 3 months I am still topping up work from home and there are no mails regarding non-compliance.

So based on these past events can anyone guide me how to handle this situation?
