Trending @Cognizant; Switching job with 1YOE
I have 1 YOE in cognizant but I don't have any project experience and it's been 6 months since I got my first project and still I don't have any work. What do u guys recommend me to do. My skill set(Java,spring boot,vue.js,angular,my sql,docker..).Give me some ideas like about the job switch or developing some more skills etc
Get help of ChatGPT and other tools understand what work employees do in project
Make some own project to get some experience. Keep applying to other companies
In interview mention them this this you have worked and you have experience
Don’t mention you are in a project and don’t have any work.
You need to make them believe that atlst for 6 months you have worked something and you have knowledge on all the tech stacks you mentioned.
