Trending @Cognizant; Switch from CTS to TCS

I am currently working in CTS and have around 9+ years of experience as a data engineer. Got an offer from TCS with a 30% hike. Is it fine to switch from CTS to TCS? Please advise friends.

Use TCS offer to either get retention in CTS or use it to het another offer

But the manager said there is no retention policy in CTS

Make sure , you have another offer in hand along with TCS, don’t resign on TCS offer, most of the senior people facing the issues currently. TCS has reverted the date from offer letter which exists on TCS portal.

I heared TCS stopped hiring lateral and those who received offer couldn't join on joining date. So take your decision accordingly.
