Today HR called me now I have two options Resign/wait for termination If I resign by tmrw morning I’ll get 3 months salary + 2 month gross pay What if I don’t resign within this window so this offer will be valid?? And what’s the gross pay?? Need suggestions

Window of this offer is short. If you don't resign they will literally make your life hell. If you want to resign call that Hr and discuss about salary.
