Trending @Cognizant; Suggestion on WFO Cognizant
I got RTO email with office-based model 4+ days and I asked my manager, he told to vist 3 days.
the thing is am not getting any roaster emails but my team members are getting roaster emails for 3days with flexi seats booked.
Should I wait for roaster email and continue WFH till then.. or should book flexi seat and visit office?
Note: I joined recently so I think they missed out my name in the list.
Pls pour your suggestions guys🤞
Follow the model shared in the mail. Don't wait for any other mail. Even your manager has asked you to visit, just book your seats and go. Your reasoning for not getting roaster emails won't save you if HR pulls you up for non compliance of RTO
Why did you join cognizant ? You may lose your job anytime. Its terrific org to work with
Book seat and go. There's no escape from this menace.
