I have not got promoted due to RTO ...pls suggest me like now from how many days i should go with how many hrs..to have this thing fullfill

Did you already start going from April or you yet to start going, if you are yet to start going to office then your promotion will be for Q3, if you have already started going from April first week then you can expect promotion for Q2

Yes going from April....but don't expect promotion from them..as I know their policy or politices

This isnt true. You can go 20 days in may and 10 days in june to be eligible. As long as youre going 10 days on average for that quarter youre eligible.

I have already started going from April but I am done with CTS already don't want to stay in this stupid strategy that RTO is mandatory for promotion, so applying for other companies
