Hello, I am currently serving my notice period and I hve requested an early release and given the reasons to my manager. While he hasn't confirmed yet, yesterday he organized a replacement for me and requested kt. Could this mean he might release me earlier now? Please provide your valuable feedback on this.

Don't read into anything. Just ask directly and get the clarity.

He said based on your KT and how the new resource can take the work will decide your early release

I hope it's not a delaying technique.

Don't mess up things. Talk to your manager and get a confirmation in email. Document your KT progress in email, CCng receiver.

Don't go by the skip level hierarchy or through the Talent management route. Nothing will materialize.

Once the KT is completed, talk to your manager giving some urgent valid reasons. Still if that doesn’t work, send email to hierarchy like sr.director.
