Trending @Cognizant; Sudden release from project

Hi, a couple of weeks back, my colleague got an escalation from one particular person in her project. This person was always rude and condescending. Everyone else she has worked with has provided excellent feedback.

Today my colleague received a release notification without any prior notice or discussion. What nonsense is it? So unprofessional.
