Trending @Cognizant; Study Leave at Cognizant??
Currently I've been working at Cognizant for the past 2 ½ years. Now I wanted to do a master's aboard. Are there any chances that after completing my studies can I join back into the same company by taking study leave.
Anyone who knows information regarding it, let me share which helps me a lot.

These all used to happen probably half a decade or decade ago. They used to lure employees saying they can join back later or continue outside of India but now. I doubt it

@Mahi_1903 Yes i heard. But i don't know in details. You need to leave jobs and after completing masters you can reapply. You will be hiried on same position where you left. For details information please raise GSD for HR department.
