Trending @Cognizant; Struggling to Get a New Project in Cognizant's PDP

I joined Cognizant in September 2022 as fresher, and since then, I've been actively engaged in a QEA project. Unfortunately, last month, I was released from my project, and ever since, I've been trying to secure a new one.

I've been diligently applying for numerous vacancies through the TMP portal for the past month, but I haven't received any responses yet.Additionally, Additionally, I've reached out to many hiring managers through Teams, but they all say there are no current openings. This has been a frustrating experience, especially since I am eager to continue contributing and developing my skills.
