Hi,

Two of my teammate got promoted to PA to A, however one got promoted to Sr infra devloper and other teammate got promoted to tech lead . However both are doing the same job and are in same project as me.so what is the difference? Is there any criteria?

For on campus designation will change as sr infra developer and for off campus designation will change as tech lead both receive salary can you please clarify if they promoted in Q1 2025 or Q4 2024 when the designation got updated in teams or office 360?
