Trending @Cognizant; Since how long are you at same level in Cognizant?

Once you complete 2 years, with a consistent rating of 3 are you automatically eligible for a promotion ? Or do they again prep you for another year ? I would be completing my 2 years in july. Would I get a promotion in the next appraisal cycle ?
