What happens when you receive is formal notice from HR indicates that you are required to attend a personal hearing and provide a written explanation regarding refusing project due to location constraints? Will they terminate in meeting or will we get any other notice?
Yes. Since you have rejected an opportunity due to location constriant, HR may ask you to resign immediately if your justification is not satisfied to them. Due to family reason (someone in hospitalized or family members need your assistance) you have rejected solid evidence, they will consider you to continue your service
