Trending @Cognizant; Showcause letter
I've received a showcause letter from HR, As I rejected a Bangalore location opportunity. I'm located in Mumbai. My location preferences are Mumbai and Pune. There will be HR discussion in 2 days. I can't relocate to any other city due to personal issues. If they don't get agree with my issues, they would terminate me. What to do in this situation?

Cognizant will be using any and every excuse to lay off people right now, i suggest you switch companies. I got a show notice too for RTO because I missed office just one day and they were not ready to listen. If they offer you a compensation, take it and leave.

Switch job...tension Lena ka nahi

Location is not a constraint. If they have replaceable resources available, they may cause issues. However, if they lack suitable resources, they will comply with your requests.

How many projects are you rejected due to location constrain? It depends on how many and case would be severe acc to this
