Revived show cause mail from HR . My bench aging is 49 days. They said in three days I should give in written why I am not able to get a project. If they are not satisfied they will terminate. Is it the end or there will be anymore extension. Keeping in mind the opportunity is very less fow PA role

Better start searching outside... I am A level in cts and resigned. I am jobless now. They will suddenly send termination even after proper explanation so don't think that your explanation will hold your termination. Same thing happened with me.

Same happened with me. After this mail even after your reply, hr will call you for discussion and will ask you for resignation with 3 months salary and leave encashment. Good luck for job search
