Trending @Cognizant; Show Cause Notice
I received a show cause notice today asking why appropriate disciplinary action should not be taken against me for failing to find a suitable job. I have been in the ADP program for the past 55 days and have applied for various projects. However, my profile has been declined each time. My concern is that no matter what reason I provide, it may not be accepted. What will likely happen next? Will they terminate my employment or ask me to resign? If so, would I be entitled to a three month salary? Also, has anyone faced this issue before?

You are the luckiest person

Don't expect anything please resign by yourself if you have good experience

Most likely within a week you would be asked to resign. And yes you will get compensation

Did you resign?

I was on ADP pool but now I got a project on last week.you can try search new opportunities in tmp and ping hiring managers.most of the time the SO's is not showing in TMP but there are open positions in some project so you have to increase your connections.

Thank you, everyone, for the help and suggestions

Same thing happened with my colleague. He was asked to resign and 3 month compensation was given to him.
