I also got show cause notice for rejecting project for another location, but I got allocated to one project, will they terminate me even after getting allocated to project.

If you have project allocation in the system, then you won't be terminated.

If v have location and role constraints.. instead of rejecting opportunity.. can v attend interview and don't perform in interview? This way v can avoid show cause notice?

If you have strong and valid reason then you won't be. But in most of cases they send SN to terminate. Be care with HR connect

No, you can protect yourself by forwarding the allocation mail to the HR who sent you this scn. Also, keep that HR's manager in cc so that they can't do something bad.
