I have got an SCN for rejecting a project due to location constraints. I was on bench since 2nd Jan. And I got allocated yesterday 9 Jan to a project.
Even though today 10 Jan I have got a show cause notice for rejecting a project on 2nd Jan. And asking to come for in person hearing. I have replied HR guy that i am already allocated.
What will happen with me as i am already allocated to a project. Will they terminate me?

Yes, i have replied with all allocation proof.. but they haven't replied back
As per policy v can b in bench for 35 days.. nowadays worst management..even I got showcase notice without even my aging start.. luckily I got allocated on personal hearing Day
