Trending @Cognizant; Should I wait for promotion or should I leave with less hike
I got an offer from outside and that company is giving me only 20% hike. I am a PA and I have completed a total of 2.5 years in cts, should I wait for my associate promotion here or should I leave? I just got to know that CTS doesn't have any plans to promote PAs to As in coming months.
If you have any offer just leave, don't wait for the promotion brother.
If the company/role is good and better then your current position accept it and attend interviews. In notice period and last week you will get more interviews

How much rating you got ? If 4 and above then you should wait , because promotion will give you 30-40% hike.
Better approach would be to accept the offer letter and ask your manager to promote you. However in march you will get to know if you’re promoted or not
