5 years| Data Engineer| 15LPA I've heard that Cognizant is offering better salary hikes compared to other top service-based companies. After I joined, a former Infosys executive became the CEO of Cognizant, and the hike cycle repeated.
I currently have an offer from TCS with a 25% salary hike. Should I switch, or will Cognizant return to its previous hike structure of 10-15%?

Buddy if you are getting 25% hike, you can have 2-3 months of notice period, you can later check for more hike in that period. Also it cannot be the guarantee to get 10-15% hike in CTS.
