Trending @Cognizant; Should I resign for Accenture offer?

I was offered Associate Manager position in Accenture with 41% hike. The catch here is it 14 % fixed while 27% variable.

Should i resign with this offer in hand.? Providing CTS stats i have 5 star rating for year 2025 which might fetch me 5% hike in August or whenever they decide to give.

I worked for Accenture prior joining CTS.

Out of 27% , they will give 16% variable at max , that too in 6 months difference. Offer is not bad

Joining accenture is good thing because it has much better exposure based on my colleague information
