They are saying Q3 nomination is already completed. But when I check with my Project Manager and HM, they said the list is not yet shared. Even HR says they will release the eligibility list later.
So now we are confused — because GSD shows “Nomination Completed,” but when we ask HR, PM, or even EDL/PDL, they all say they haven’t received any list yet.
Does anyone know what the actual process is? Will BU Management or HR release the final list by end of September? Has anyone got any update from their Project Manager?
If your HM is not getting any list possibly you are not eligible for promotion
Guys no home manager will receive the list, always EDL, senior managers, directors, associate directors will receive. And your hm need to reach out these people. I got promoted in Q1 this is the process, so no HM will receive the list as I mentioned above persons will receive. So here the point is your HM need to be supportive and need to help you by reaching to leads etc etc to get promoted.
EXACTLY..!!! Some HM or PM have the guts to go to the EDL/PDL some really doesn't care, so those who haven't received the list wait till 20 - 25 of this month, you will be informed by your HM/PM
Are you sure you have gone to the correct EDL/PDL?? or you can ask them where should I go, like who is the POC for this??
Guys is there any update and received any update for eligible list from PM/ HM?
